An interesting twist to a daily staple: Cinnamon Butter. This is extremely easy to do and is perfect when added to your toast for breakfast, or spread on scones during afternoon tea. It lasts for weeks when stored in the fridge or freezer (if it lasts that long without being devoured)!
Ingredients
2 sticks of butter, softened
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Baking paper
Directions
In a medium bowl, whisk butter with cinnamon until combined.
Place a baking paper on a clean surface, and spoon the butter onto it.
Shape the butter into a log and roll the baking paper around it. If it’s too soft to roll, you might need to cool the butter a little bit in the fridge to shape it.
Place the rolled butter log into the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.
Slice into thin disks and serve.

Really good chicken ! I made this for myelsf and my 3 year old grand nephew, he loved them! He would have polished off all 8 drumsticks had I let him, but I wanted some too! I used allspice and curry powder, instead of ginger and turmeric. Served with rice, sweet potatoes and green beans. The onion sauce was very yummy! Looking forward to making more of your recipes.
