		<description><![CDATA[I feel this post is an ad for the company, you forgot to mention the following:

1) The speed you are subscribed to is only guranteed when connected to Kuwaiti Servers. otherwise, you will get similar speeds if not lower compared to other ISPs when connected to servers outside Kuwait. Think about it, WIMD uses other ISPs cables, hence, similar speed if not lower when used outside. Yes i am talking about the upload speed as well, I have tested 10Mb connections drop the upload speed to less than 1Mb outside Kuwait which doesn&#039;t make sense.

2) The change in their policy including you have to pay 1st and then test the connection is the begining of a turn down and failure. They used to give you 5 days to test the connection. Now, PAY and then if you want to cancel, they charge you: 1 month fee of the price + 50 KD penalty + you keep their router which is 25 KD + the 25KD of their manual work

3) They need to find a better location than the old building which smells of cigarette smoking all the time.]]></description>
